Protecting the coasts from oil impacts means finding the oil and determining how much is there. Doing this is a special unit called the SCAT teams. I have become friends with these guys over the course of the event and have a lot of respect for the job they do. This photo sums up the intensity with which they do their job, dedicated professionals working to make things right.
